What to Wear
Choose comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that is moisture-wicking, and wear layers that you can shed.
Moisture-wicking underwear and/or base-layers
Quick-drying shorts, pants, or leggings
Long-sleeve shirt (UPF protection recommended)
Socks (wool, polyester or nylon for cold/wet days)
Trail sneakers/runners or boots - Choose something sturdy with good traction/grip
Lightweight, water-repellant jacket or coat
Hat
